Overview

Project Foundation.

Qlaro App was developed to simplify and streamline the management of customers, projects, and invoicing for small and medium-sized businesses. The platform offers a modern interface, automated workflows, and integrations with external services.

Process

From Challenge To Outcome.

The project started with needs analysis and design in Figma. A scalable backend was then built with Supabase and a responsive frontend in Next.js. Continuous testing and user feedback have guided the development.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a flexible system that can adapt to different companies' workflows, while keeping the user experience simple and intuitive.

Solution

Through modular architecture, clear component structure, and the use of modern frameworks, I could quickly iterate and adapt functionality. Automated tests and CI/CD have ensured quality.

Outcome

Qlaro App has resulted in increased efficiency for users, reduced administration, and better overview of projects and finances. The platform is now ready for further development and scaling.
